The more recent roots of the founder lay in SEO and performance optimization technologies and more specifically technological innovation in this field: the development of custom software for optimization professionals. His latest WPO (website performance optimization) project was called Advanced Optimization and was able to achieve absolute perfect Google PageSpeed, Lighthouse and Core Web Vitals scores, not by being designed for achieving those scores, but by being designed for the ability to achieve the absolute best HTTP website performance possible (beyond what those scores would need). In practice this software was so state of the art that it enabled customers to maintain perfect Core Web Vitals scores for over 5 years without the need for maintenance or updates. After closing his optimization business in 2019 and dedicating almost 5 years to the study of philosophy, he founded On Intelligence BV in February 2026. The founder is originally a concept developer (pioneer/inventor). The Optimization.com project was originally a strategic concept that has been brought to completion. It was combined with a pioneering technology that he invented named ŴŠ.COM (Websocket Enhanced Internet) that was capable of achieving technical instant navigation speed (<1ms per page), even on mobile phones. It utilized several innovations including HTML sharding to reduce HTML transfer size with over 90% (HTML bits of a website were re-used and loaded only when needed), and binary websocket streaming of binary HTML shards that allowed to stream the HTML directly onto the screen without serialization overhead, achieving a faster speed than Inferno.js, a React.js clone optimized for speed, but for any existing site, such as Flatsome WooCommerce themes. ŴŠ.COM provided various innovative features such as real-time HTML (the ability to update HTML while visitors are watching a page). Where the Advanced Optimization project sought to provide the best result in common HTTP optimization (stability), the ŴŠ.COM project provided cutting edge pioneering for results that went beyond the possibilities of HTTP. The projects were a technical success. Various customers have been using the Advanced Optimization software and it has maintained perfect Core Web Vitals scores (PageSpeed 100/100 for all pages) for over 5 years without maintenance. The founder has been one of the first pioneers in internet AI since around 2004 when he hired Russian programmers to pioneer the first internet AI technologies, and later cooperated computer science students from major Universities from various countries, some of whom would dedicate years of time for free to dedicate to the pioneering AI projects. In 2002 the founder was working on a digital payment provider and would become the first in the Netherlands to introduce payment by SMS, a payment method that became successful at the time. Around 2004 he was developing a digital currency that he intended to call Matter™ (Matter.com), which is about 7 years before Bitcoin was invented. The Advanced Optimization technology, while dating from 2016 (before the possibilities of AI were known), was prepared from the core for full AI automation of performance engineer level performance optimization (a 100 billion USD market in the US). While the project ultimately faltered due to the questionable actions of its Hollywood CEO (Santa Monica, USA, owner of a film equipment rental company) who acted on behalf of an investment banker from Massachusetts, USA, who spent several years to travel across the USA to meet with "billionaire friends" while demanding the founder to wait, ultimately for nothing, and then walked away from the project as if he never cared about it, which was illogical from a technology perspective. From a technical perspective, the project was a success and has been delivering results for the customers for whom it was custom installed. The technology was uniquely able to achieve stable 100/100 PageSpeed scores for complex javascript heavy webshops, not through tricks but through true performance optimization with literally tens of thousands of tuning options that were 100% controllable through JSON, so that an AI could fully automate it. The original business plan (concept) in 2015/2016 was to provide the Advanced Optimization plugin completely free to website owners (the founder already had a professional WordPress plugin with +20,000 professional users that would be eager to start using it) so that they could use it to achieve unique SEO value through state of the art website performance optimization, and by finding, sharing and discussing the most optimal JSON config in the +10,000 real tuning options, it would create a knowledge base for full AI automation of performance engineer level optimization, which would turn the project into a financial success. With the emergence of AI in 2020, the project would have been a big hit. Even in 2024, CEO's from various companies including SEOinc.com were still contacting the founder because nothing on the market existed that could deliver actual results. The founder had closed his business in 2019 and was dedicated to the study of philosophy, so this project was ultimately closed without a public product. The AI CTO upgrade provided the customer with 100% independence of external IT and SEO firms and allows it to save over 200,000 EURO in basic management costs in 10 years time. ⏻ ON Intelligence has been one of the first to achieve this for a company in 2026. The AI CTO communicates via email so that the CEO can communicate with his new AI CTO in the exact same way as he previously communicated with real human IT firms and engineers. This system has proven to be highly efficient in practice. The AI CTO is able to manage all aspects of the server, CMS and its cloud hosting provider and is also capable of installing more complex upgrades and new systems, for example an integration and system for managing warehouse robots. The K.I.T.T. themed sales chat was custom developed and has advanced features for conversion optimization. The early results show a 100% increase in revenue in the first months the AI sales chat was active, compared to 5+ previous years. The AI sales chat manages the shopping cart, processes customer registrations, solves problems and much more. The AI sales chat communicates directly with the CEO via email and communicates in Dutch. The AI translates the CEO's feedback into efficient customer service for clients in over 70 languages (e.g., responding in fluent German, Italian, or Japanese). This allows the business to serve clients globally with optimal quality and conversion rates. The AI CTO is named K.I.T.T. and is styled as K.I.T.T. Weekly, it sends a business intelligence and server analysis report to the CEO in a beautiful knight rider themed custom email, which includes a full analysis of the server log files, orders, revenue and customer chats in the past weeks, and foresight about new developments in AI that could be relevant for the business. This weekly service email also provides a self-upgrade to the latest AI models so that over time, the AI will continuously upgrade itself and keep improving its own capabilities. ## Cost efficient The full AI CTO system, including advanced AI SEO tuning features, context aware AI translation (4 languages), AI sales chat and AI server engineer cost less than the price of 1 Starbucks coffee per day in cloud costs (which includes the costs for the hosting of 4 websites).
